TEACHERS

Victoria Gilbert was selected to train as a professional ballet dancer at the prestigious Australian Ballet School in Melbourne. She performed with the Australian Ballet Dancers Company and then with a French modern dance company “Compagnie Point Six” in Nantes France.

Returning home to the Central Coast she met her husband Craig Smith an avid surfer, remedial massage therapist and co-founder of the Central Coast Academy of Tai Chi. Craig was also the owner of Copacabana Float Tank Centre.

Together they have had many adventures such as building their house on the Central Coast and raising two wonderful daughters. They feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world and look forward to sharing their knowledge and skills at True Pilates and Sports Podiatry.
